the day before yesturday i took a survey on bluezones telling me how long i was going to live and it came out that i was going to live [[94]] years old.....WOW!!!.....my goal is by making choices in the next copuple of weeks that will help me live longer and increase the years that i will live.....choices like eating healthier and doing other things that will keep me busy.
